How to know when you need custom software

If your business depends on copying data between messages and spreadsheets, it is probably time for a system.

Custom software makes sense when existing tools no longer match the way the company works. Common signs are duplicate data entry, lost information, slow reporting and too much coordination through messages.

The first version does not need to be huge. It should solve the most expensive problem: entry, tracking, payments, a client panel, API connection or records. When that base is built properly, future upgrades become easier and cheaper.
